Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Softphone Plus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Softphone Plus is a cloud-based SaaS communication platform providing SIP calling, call recording, analytics, and team management capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service is billed on a per-seat, per-month basis.
  • You may adjust the number of seats at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the remaining billing cycle. Downgrades take effect immediately with no charge.
  • You may prepay for multiple months to extend your billing cycle.
  • Invoices are generated for all billing actions. Payment is processed via Stripe.
  • Failure to pay overdue invoices may result in account suspension.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required for the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.
  • Use the Service to place spam calls or conduct telemarketing in violation of applicable laws.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service, including call recordings and configurations. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softphone Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform with reasonable notice.
